Trademark Attorney:  Our expanding New Jersey office is presently seeking a new trademark attorney. We are seeking candidates with strong legal skills and at least 2 – 4 years experience.  Experience as an Examining Attorney at the US Trademark Office is a plus.  Experience in patent prosecution and other disciplines of intellectual property law is desirable as well.

Patent Attorney: S&L employs attorneys, patent agents, and scientific advisors skilled in all major disciplines of intellectual property law. Candidates should have strong legal skills, at least 2 - 4 years experience, and a technical background in a field such as biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, chemical or electrical engineering, computer science, or the internet.
