Lisa B. Lane practices in all fields of intellectual property law. She specializes in trademark, unfair competition and copyright law, including the application of such laws to Internet issues. Her experience also includes the procurement of U.S. and international patent protection relating to the chemical arts and new plant variety developments, as well as the negotiation and drafting of agreements relating to patent, trademark and copyright transactions. Ms. Lane earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Arcadia University (B.S., 1987) and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1992). Ms. Lane is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and the American and Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Associations. Ms. Lane joined Synnestvedt & Lechner LLP as an associate in 1992 and became a partner in 2001.
