Theodore Naccarella  Philadelphia
Theodore Naccarella has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual
property law. He specializes in procuring patents in the electronic and computer
software and hardware fields, intellectual property litigation and in advising
clients on intellectual property matters.
Mr. Naccarella earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from
Lafayette College (B.S.E.E., 1984) and is a member of the Eta Kappa Nu
Electrical Engineering honor society. He earned his law degree from Boston
College Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1987).
Prior to joining Synnestvedt & Lechner LLP, Mr. Naccarella practiced with
the law firm of Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks P.C. in Boston, MA from 1987 to
1994, first as an associate and then as a partner. From 1994 to 1997 was of
counsel to Limbach & Limbach in San Francisco, CA.
Mr. Naccarella is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealths of Massachusetts and
Pennsylvania and before various federal courts. He is a member of the American
and Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Associations.
Mr. Naccarella joined Synnestvedt & Lechner LLP in 1997 and became a
partner in 1998.
