Charles H. Lindrooth Philadelphia
Charles H. Lindrooth has over 40 years of experience in the practice of intellectual property law, including the preparation of patent applications, prosecution, litigation and licensing of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, and general business counseling as it relates to intellectual property law. He has represented many U.S. and foreign clients in the mechanical, computer-related, chemical and electrical arts. Mr. Lindrooth earned an undergraduate degree in general engineering from the University of Illinois (B.S., 1956) and his law degree from George Washington University (LL.B., 1962). A member of the American Bar Association and the American and Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Associations, Mr. Lindrooth has served on committees for each of these organizations. Mr. Lindrooth is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and admitted to practice in the Commonwealths of Virginia and Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Bar of the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Federal Circuits. Mr. Lindrooth joined Synnestvedt & Lechner LLP in 1962 and became a partner in 1967.
